The month of Romance….

Seeing as this is February and we have Valentines Day and it is a Leap Year( which means there are 29 days in February this year), that means that we girls can ask the men to go out and even marry us…It is our year of power.

We women are always complaining that our men are not romantic and don’t give us what we want in that department. Instead of always whining and nagging why don’t we take matters into our hands and show them just how exciting being romantic can be. When we don’t get what we want from our partners, we must give ourselves what we want and not get bitter and twisted and resentful about it…..there is no sense in that at at …..

Here is something that all of us can do…

Write a note to your partner. Place it in an envelope and write on it that it is not to be opened until a certain time….the time is up to you…

The note can go something like this.....

Darling,

The purpose of this is to tell you how much I love you and how important you are to me. All through my boring class, boring job, boring meeting(you can fill in what you do here) I will be thinking of you and how I can't wait to come to your arms.

Now, for further instruction go to the third drawer of your desk (here choose where you want to place the little package)

With love from the most important person in your life.
End with your name or a pet name that he has for you, maybe even one that he uses when he is ‘’in the mood’’…..

Now for what will go into the package

You will have to come up with ideas of what will go into the package you will be putting in his desk or sock or wherever. I have some ideas and guidelines, but of course, in the end, the decision and choices are yours and they obviously depend on his likes and dislikes. Don’t forget each item must have a little note of instruction as to what he must do with it…..you don’t want to leave anything to chance…..

Here is the guide line……

• Light these aroma therapy candles. (Two candles with a matchbox were enclosed)

• To provide a romantic atmosphere, put this red cellophane paper around the boring white lights in our bedroom. (Red cellophane paper was enclosed).

• Spray my favourite perfume to provide a heavenly scent. (Perfume was enclosed.)

• Run a hot bath with lots of bubbles for your sexy wife. (Bubble-bath was included.)

• Shave and prepare yourself for lots of love. (Shaving cream and a razor wrapped in ribbon was enclosed.)

• A cassette of Kenny G (that is my favourite ‘’making love’’ music) was enclosed with a note attached: Play it as soon as you hear the doorbell ring.

• Have everything ready by 8.30 p.m.

• Remember-you are the most important person in my life, and I LOVE YOU!
